Job summary

PT. Vector Engineering Indonesia is seeking a dedicated QHSE professional to develop, implement, and maintain robust QHSE policies across Batam operations.

You will lead external audits, manage investigations, and drive corrective actions to prevent incidents, ensuring compliance with regulations and customer expectations.

You will identify risks to quality, health, safety, and the environment, report performance to leadership and authorities, and promote preventive measures.

Job description

Developing, implementing, and maintaining QHSE policies in accordance with applicable regulations.

Establish standards, guidelines, procedures, and other infrastructure necessary to support the company's objectives.

Assisting investigations related to incidents, accidents, or violations of health and safety, as well as implementing corrective and preventive actions.

Lead and be the main contact for external QHSE audits, whether from approval agencies, government agencies, or from customers.

Providing independent, competent, and professional services in all aspects of QHSE.

Reporting the company's QHSE performance to the leadership team and government authorities as needed.

Identifying, assessing, and managing risks related to quality, health, safety, and the environment.

Implementing and directing preventive actions to reduce risk.
