Job summary

Zuellig Pharma, in Indonesia, seeks a Quality Assurance and Validation Supervisor to ensure validation and qualification activities across operations and transportation, maintaining SOPs and WIs in line with regulatory standards.

You will supervise storage, transportation and passive packaging validation, verify SAP registrations, lead validation teams, and drive continuous improvements to support quality and efficiency within the pharmaceutical quality system.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in pharmacy and licensed pharmacist.
• Minimum 1 year experience as QA/Validation Supervisor in the pharmaceutical or related industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all validation and qualification activities are executed in accordance with current regulatory requirements, including ISO and CDOB standards.
• Maintain and regularly update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions (WIs) related to validation processes.
• Effectively conduct and document validation for operations and transportation to ensure compliance and product integrity.
• Supervise and review the validation of branch storage facilities, transportation methods, and passive packaging, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
• Continuously assess and develop passive packaging solutions to support operational efficiency and compliance.
• Accurately verify and manage registered materials and products in the SAP system to support traceability and quality control.
• Demonstrate strong leadership in guiding validation teams and collaborate cross-functionally to support quality assurance goals.
• Proactively identify areas for improvement within validation processes and implement corrective actions as needed.

Purpose of the Role:

To ensure the integrity and compliance of validation and qualification processes across operations and transportation by maintaining up-to-date SOPs and WIs in line with regulatory standards. The Quality Assurance and Validation Supervisor is responsible for overseeing validation activities related to storage, transportation, and passive packaging, while verifying product and material registration in SAP. This role plays a key part in supporting operational efficiency and ensuring adherence to ISO and CDOB standards within the pharmaceutical quality system.

Must Have:

• Bachelor's degree in pharmacy or a related field and licensed pharmacist.
• Minimum 1 year experience as a QA/Validation Supervisor in the pharmaceutical or related industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

Advantage to Have:

• Understanding of ISO related and GSDP standard (CDOB) are advantageous
• Ability to manage and update SOPs and Work Instructions in alignment with regulatory changes
