PT SMT Indonesia, located in Cikarang, West Java, is seeking qualified candidates for a Full Time position. The role focuses on analyzing NG PCBs based on circuit diagrams, using inspection tools including X-Ray and force gauges, and documenting quality conditions regularly.

Strong communication and teamwork are essential, with expectations to read PCB schematics and understand electrical characterization. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, provided they can work under pressure and in a team

Formación

• Must have a D3/S1 in Engineering with GPA minimum 2.75.
• Experience in PCBA analysis or related field; fresh grads welcome.
• Priority to candidates who can read circuit diagrams and understand PCB circuits.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze NG PCBs found on production or by customers using circuit diagrams or defective parts.
• Operate analysis equipment such as X-Ray, Force gauge and cross section.
• Document and report quality conditions daily, weekly, or monthly.
• Coordinate with related departments to resolve issues and customer complaints.

Seeking for the qualified candidates to fill the position of:

Requirements:

D3/S1 majoring in Electro / Electric / Telekom Eng., Mechanical / Mechatronic Eng., Nuclear Eng., Physics Eng. and Chemical Eng. with GPA min. 2.75.

Experience minimal 1 years in PCBA assembly / Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.

Priority is given to those to have the ability to read and understand circuit diagrams and PCB circuits, as well as understanding electrical characterization.

Outstanding communication and team work.

Able to listen and written in English.

Available to work under pressures.

Able to work in a team or individually.

Have a good enthusiasm, self motivation.

Job Description:
