Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, information systems, software engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in software testing or quality assurance preferred.
• Understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Experience creating test scenarios, cases, plans, and documentation.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform manual testing to ensure applications meet business and functional requirements.
• Develop and execute test plans, scenarios, and test cases based on project requirements.
• Identify, document, track, and verify defects throughout the SDLC.
• Support test execution and ensure deliverables are completed within timelines.
• Participate in requirement reviews and provide QA input.
• Prepare testing documentation, test evidence, and quality reports.
• Maintain organized testing artifacts and collaborate with developers and analysts.
• Support automation testing initiatives where applicable and assist audit follow-up.
• Apply governance, risk management, and regulatory requirements within QA processes.
