A textile and garment company in Central Java is seeking a qualified candidate to manage the sample production process. The ideal candidate will have a diploma or degree in a related field, along with extensive experience in garment quality inspection and coordination. Strong English communication skills are essential. The position is located in Jepara regency, Central Java.
Analyze and interpret article/style files from Merchandiser before the sample production process.
Receive, inspect, and measure samples from Merchandiser/Buyer for review and analysis.
Conduct Pre-Production (PP) meetings and discussions with the sewing sampler before issuing Salesman Samples (SMS).
Monitor the entire sample/product development process from start to finish and prepare inline sample reports.
Inspect, measure, and analyze samples/products, then prepare reports for documentation and submission to the buyer.
Review and analyze buyer comments, and follow up for further release to production.
Facilitate PP meetings with the production team to explain buyer comments in detail, including required production steps to ensure compliance with buyer standards.
Requirements :
Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree in Textile, Garment, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
At least 3-5 years of experience as CFT/CFA, Garment Sample Room, QA Sample Garment, or Garment Technician role.
Strong knowledge of Garment construction, Measurement, Fitting and Quality Inspection standards, especially for Sportswear / Activewear buyers from Europe / USA.
Hands-on experience in handling samples, PP Meetings, and coordination with Sewing teams.
Familiar with buyer standards and documentation/reporting requirements.
Good communication skills in English (both oral and written).
Willing to be placed at Jepara regency, Central Java.
