Job summary

PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia seeks a Quality Assurance Manager to lead the QA/QC function across our biomass production facility. You will oversee audits, maintain the quality management system, manage QC teams, and drive corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and a minimum of 5 years in QA/QC or manufacturing quality, with strong leadership for cross-functional initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Materials Science, Quality Management, or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of QA/QC or manufacturing quality experience.
• Experience in biomass production or charcoal briquettes is a plus.
• Proven ability to lead QC teams and manage cross-functional quality improvement projects.
• Knowledgeable in ISO 9001 implementation, QMS, SPC, Six Sigma, and quality tools.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain quality management frameworks, SOPs, and documentation for audits and compliance.
• Supervise QC teams and conduct coaching, training, and performance reviews.
• Lead quality reviews, coordinate audits, and drive CAPA across production stages.
• Monitor quality performance, analyze data, investigate issues, and report to leadership.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain & Purchasing to ensure raw material quality.
• Drive continuous improvement projects and validate new materials or processes.
• Handle customer complaints, investigate issues, and ensure timely resolutions.
• Prepare detailed quality performance reports for GM Operations and management review.
