Job summary

Noraa & Co. is seeking a QA Manager to help establish quality assurance systems for a new export-oriented food ingredient manufacturing pilot plant in Indonesia. The role involves ensuring regulatory readiness and food safety compliance, while developing necessary QA documentation and standards.

The ideal candidate should have experience in QA within the food industry, a strong understanding of HACCP and GMP practices, and excellent coordination skills. Qualifications

• Experience in QA within food manufacturing or other regulated industries.
• Understanding of food safety systems and certification processes.
• Familiarity with BPOM registration or compliance documentation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain QA systems and compliance records.
• Support quality management and food safety implementation.
• Coordinate certification processes like GMP, HACCP, and ISO.
• Conduct internal audits and corrective actions.
