Job summary

ALTO Network, a leader in payment infrastructure, is seeking a QA Lead to oversee testing activities and mentor the QA team. You will drive QA processes, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure high-quality product releases.

Responsibilities include managing test plans, analyzing results, and building automation where applicable. Strong knowledge of SDLC/STLC and testing tools is required.

Qualifications

• Familiar with SDLC and STLC processes.
• Ability to grasp product knowledge in a reasonable time.
• Experience using testing management tools (JIRA, Xray, etc).

Responsibilities

• Monitor team performance and conduct regular appraisals/mentoring/coaching.
• Model best practices in testing, ethics, and soft skills for team.
• Manage priorities for each QA.
• Reproduce potential issues from stakeholders to validate them.
• Execute Functional, Integration, Regression and Performance testing.
• Analyze and report QA results/bugs.
• Create end-user and product documentation.
• Build automation test scripts.
• Aggregate project status and update reports.
• Create and manage bug reports and communicate with the team.
• Oversee overall status of testing requirements.
• Improve team processes.
