Job summary

Arya Noble seeks a graphic designer to create high-quality digital and print assets that strengthen brand visuals for Erha, Genero and Derma Xp. You will translate brand values into compelling designs for diverse audiences and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet campaign objectives.

With 1–2 years of experience and proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator or CorelDRAW, you will contribute to both online and offline campaigns while maintaining on-time delivery and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in visual communications or related field.
• 1–2 years of graphic or creative design experience.
• Experience with online and offline campaigns.
• Strong brand and product knowledge with creative thinking.
• Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Execute approved creative concepts into digital and print design assets.
• Keep up with design trends to ensure visuals stay relevant and competitive.
• Translate brand values into compelling visuals for different audiences.
• Collaborate with teams to develop concepts based on objectives and campaigns.
• Ensure all deliverables meet timelines and SLAs.
• Prepare and analyze reports on design outputs to drive improvements.

• Stay updated on design trends, visual styles, and consumer preferences to ensure brand visuals remain relevant, engaging, and competitive.
• Translate brand values and marketing messages into compelling visual designs that are relevant to different target audiences and market segments.
• Collaborate with relevant teams to develop creative design concepts based on business objectives, campaign needs, target audiences, and operational requirements.
• Ensure all digital and printed design deliverables are completed accurately and on time, in line with agreed timelines and SLAs.
• Prepare and analyze reports on design outputs to evaluate performance, identify insights, and support continuous improvement of future creative execution.

• Bachelor's Degree in Visual Communication Design, Marketing Communication, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in Graphic Design, Creative Design, or a related field.
• Good knowledge of creative design for both online and offline campaigns.
• Good understanding of Brand and Product Knowledge and Creative Thinking.
• Proficient in design and editing software such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, or similar tools.
