Job summary

PT Suryalaya Anindita international, a subsidiary of PT Surya Semesta Internusa Tbk, is seeking a Purchasing Intern in South Jakarta. This WFO internship offers hands-on exposure to procurement processes, vendor liaison, and administrative tasks suitable for final-year students or fresh graduates.

You will support archiving, data entry, and supplier planning under a mentor, with at least a 3-month commitment. Ideal candidates are organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or final-year student in accounting, management, or related major.
• Organized, agile, attentive to details, and have a positive can-do attitude.
• Having organizational experience and competition is a plus.
• Responsible, honest and thoroughness.
• Ability to multitask and good skills in administration.

Responsibilities

• Handle purchasing administration tasks and paperwork.
• Assist with filing (softcopy and hardcopy) and data entry.
• Support vendor selection processes with mentor guidance.
• Ensure submission of all admin documents for vendor selection.
• Assist Purchasing Team with ad-hoc tasks and projects.
