Job summary

PT SURYA SEMESTA INTERNUSA TBK is seeking a proactive Purchasing Administration Intern to support purchasing tasks, assist with archiving (softcopy and hardcopy), and enter data under mentorship.

You will help explore and provide vendor selections related to user requests, ensure submission of all admin documents for the vendor selection process, and assist the Purchasing Team with ad-hoc tasks and projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or final year student in accounting, management, or related major.
• Organized, agile, attentive to details, and have a positive can-do attitude.
• Having organizational experience and competition is a plus.
• Responsible, honest and thoroughness.
• Ability to multitask and good skills in administration.
• Able to use Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Administration tasks & paperwork designated for purchasing.
• Support in archiving files (softcopy and hardcopy) and data entry.
• Help explore & provide vendors selection related to user’s request accompanied by mentor.
• Ensure submission of all admin documents and data required for vendor selection process.
• Assisting the Purchasing Team with ad-hoc tasks & projects.
