Job summary

Mulia Group in Jakarta seeks a seasoned Public Relations professional to lead media relations, tenant collaborations, and strategic partnerships to boost brand image and drive advertising income.

You will plan and execute PR activities, manage campaigns, prepare reports, and coordinate CSR efforts while maintaining high professional standards, teamwork, and resilience under pressure.

Bachelor degree in PR/Communications, at least 5 years of experience, and strong English skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains relationships with media partners, tenants and external parties to explore partnerships and programs that enhance MTA image and support A&P income.
• Plan and execute PR and media activities, including press releases, media gatherings, press conferences, media visits, media engagement and CSR to strengthen brand image and maximize publicity.
• Coordinate advertising campaigns, ensuring media placement and deliverables are implemented on schedule.
• Manage advertising accounts and tenant collaboration, handling inquiries, proposals and campaign coordination.
• Prepare, monitor and submit reports on PR activities (media exposure, campaign results, social media engagement) and Advertising accounts (income, collaborations) to the A&P Manager.
• Produce event information that creates brand awareness for events to the public and to the team and MTA staff.
• Perform incidental tasks as assigned by the Department Head.

Job description

The duties expected for this position, amongst other are as follows:

Develops and maintains relationships with media partners, tenants and external parties to explore potential partnerships, cross-promotional opportunities and collaborative programs that enhance MTA image and support A&P Income.

Plan and execute PR and media activities, including press releases, media gatherings, press conferences, media visits, media engagement and CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) to strengthen MTA's brand image and maximize positive publicity.

Coordinate advertising campaign execution, ensuring media placement, promotional materials and agreed deliverables are implemented properly and on schedule.

Manage advertising accounts and tenant collaboration, including handling inquiries, proposals and campaign coordination.

Prepare, monitor and submit reports covering Public Relation activities (media exposure, campaign result, social media engagement) and Advertising Account activities (such as advertising income and number of collaborative program) to the A&P Manager.

Produces the right information about the event that creates brand awareness towards the event not only to public but also to the team and MTA staff.

Performs incidental tasks assigned by the Department Head.

Minimal 5 years experience in the related field.
