Job summary

Rocketindo is seeking a PR & KOL Specialist to drive growth for our beauty brands through strategic influencer partnerships and public relations initiatives. You will build relationships with creators, media, and communities while delivering impactful campaigns and product seeding.

Responsibilities include sourcing KOLs, planning campaigns, and negotiating terms, timelines, and budgets, with close collaboration with Brand and Social Media teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in PR, KOL, Influencer Marketing, or Brand Marketing.
• Experience handling influencer campaigns from planning to execution.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Excellent networking and relationship-building abilities.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Passion for beauty, skincare, cosmetics, and social media trends.
