Job summary

SIRCLO in Indonesia is seeking a skilled content writer to produce high‑quality English content for social media, website articles, client testimonials, campaign announcements, business events, and insights pieces.

Develop content strategies grounded in SIRCLO's brand identity, highlight our solutions (SIRCLO Commerce, Multi-Origin, StreamLab, Cross Border, Insights), and ensure coordination with Corporate Communications for consistency.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in content creation, copywriting, and corporate branding.
• Excellent writing and editing skills.
• Strong understanding of branding principles in B2B content marketing.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and content management systems.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Develop content strategies grounded in SIRCLO's brand identity to deliver precise, engaging content for external audiences.
• Produce high-quality written content in English for social media, website articles, and other communication channels, covering client testimonials, campaign announcements, business events, and insights pieces, within the agreed SLA.
• Highlight SIRCLO's business solutions (SIRCLO Commerce, Multi-Origin, StreamLab, Cross Border, and Insights) through targeted content to showcase their value to external audiences.
• Coordinate with the Corporate Communications Team to align all content with branding guidelines and corporate objectives for consistency across channels.
• Monitor and analyze content performance to refine strategies and increase engagement.
• Track industry trends and apply relevant insights to content to keep it fresh and relevant.
• Execute ad-hoc content tasks from the Corporate Communications Team within agreed timelines to keep team deliverables on track.
