Job summary

Smoore Technology Indonesia is seeking a Public Relations / Government Relations professional to build and maintain strategic relations with government agencies, regulators, media, and district stakeholders. The role also focuses on CSR program planning, community engagement, and ensuring regulatory compliance across factories.

The candidate will interpret Indonesian regulations, assist in license applications, and manage events and investor visits with documentation oversight.

Qualifications

Job description

Responsibilities：

1. 1. Government & Stakeholder Relations
   Build and maintain strong, strategic relationships with local government agencies, regulatory bodies, media, and district-level stakeholders to secure operational support and smooth licensing.


2. 2. Community Relations & CSR
   Maintain harmonious relationships with local communities surrounding the factories; plan and execute CSR programs (e.g., Environment, ESG, Community Development) to mitigate social risks.


3. 3. Multi-Factory Legal Compliance
   Track and interpret new Indonesian regulations, and guide plants in risk assessments to bridge execution gaps.


4. 4. License Application Support
   Compile, review, and evaluate all legal and compliance documents to support factory licensing, business expansion, and industrial relations.


5. 6. Event Management & Guest Relations
   Organize and ensure the professional execution of corporate events, government visits, and investor tours, including vendor and documentation management.

Qualifications:

1. 1. Education S1/ Bachelor Degree: Laws,Communication Relations, International Communication, Marketing Communication


2. 2. Experienced 3–5 year experienced on: Public Relations,Corporate Communication,Media Relation,Government Relation,strictly preferred within the Manufacturing greenfield


3. 3. Having capability for Public speaking, Media handling, Event management, Communication strategy, Microsoft Office


4. 4. Outstanding negotiation and conflict-resolution skills , proactive attitude, and strong logical thinking to report effectively to the management


5. 5. Professional Working Proficiency in English (both written and verbal)
