Responsibilities

• Create timeline strategies for PR Activities.
• Research on potential media partner.
• Reach out key media for publicity.
• Develop and supervise advertising & publicity materials (radio spot, voice over, advertorial script).
• Supervise and monitor press release distribution.
• Organizing promotional events such as : Gala Premiere, Press tours, Media Junket, Media Visit.
• Supervise the execution of all PR activities:
• Create ideation for pitch stories to media partners - prepare a proposal for publicity cooperation
• Review the briefing doc from the media to the casts, for press visits and interviews
• Assisting Head of PR working with cross-functional teams to create a promotional Calendar (Content Marketing, Brand Marketing, VOS team, AVOD Team, Licensing Team, Vidio Arcade Team).
• Maintain relationship with media & partners.
• Maintain relationship and seek any opportunities to work with KOLs.
• Monitoring and preparing report all media coverage based on KPI’s measurements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in Public Relations, preferably within the entertainment, media, or film industry.
• Proven experience in executing PR campaigns, including media outreach and event management (press conference, junket, premiere).
• Strong network with media (journalists, editors, and media partners).
• Experience handling talent coordination (casts, KOLs) and media interviews.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple timelines and stakeholders.
• Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, content, and production teams.
