Job summary

Mitti Labs Limited is seeking a Head of Policy, South East Asia to drive compliance market entry across SEA. You will work with the C-suite and country heads to secure host-country authorisations (LoAs), align methodologies with NDCs, and build buyer access in Singapore, Japan, and international aviation.

Strong policy fluency and commercial instinct are essential. You will navigate multiple regulatory regimes, coordinate with internal teams, and represent Mitti in policy forums.

Qualifications

• 5 to 7 years in carbon markets, climate policy, or international environmental governance, with SEA exposure.
• Strong understanding of SEA compliance carbon markets: CORSIA, Singapore, JCM and GX-ETS.
• Fluent in English; ability to distill regulation into strategic insights.

Responsibilities

• Shape Mitti's SEA compliance market pathway and country sequencing.
• Drive LoA authorisations with host governments and align with NDCs.
• Represent Mitti at SEA policy forums and with regional partners.
• Support demand-side access to Mitti credits in major frameworks and markets.
• Track regulatory developments and advise on pricing and contracting implications.
