Mercure Jakarta Gatot Subroto is seeking a Public Area Supervisor to lead daily cleaning and maintenance of all hotel public spaces, ensuring top cleanliness and safety. You will oversee staff, follow SOPs, and coordinate with other departments to maintain guest comfort and presentation across lobby, corridors, and facilities.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in housekeeping, strong leadership, and a proactive approach to safety and efficiency in a busy hotel environment.

Formación

• Minimum education: Senior High School or Diploma in Hospitality, Housekeeping, or related field preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in Housekeeping, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Experience in hotel public area operations is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of cleaning procedures, sanitation standards, and housekeeping equipment.
• Understanding of cleaning chemical safety and occupational health and safety procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning and maintenance of all hotel public areas to ensure cleanliness, hygiene, safety, and presentation standards.
• Supervise team members, monitor cleaning schedules, and coordinate with other departments for smooth operations.
• Ensure guest areas are comfortable, safe, and welcoming, in line with hotel SOPs and Accor brand standards.
• Maintain high-level presentation of lobby, corridors, restrooms, meeting rooms, and restaurants.
