Job summary

Meditap is seeking a detail-oriented Provider Relations/Administrative Associate in Tangerang to support onboarding and ongoing coordination with hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and laboratories.

You will handle inquiries, manage provider data, prepare reports, and ensure confidentiality while communicating procedures and document requirements to providers. Proactive follow-up and strong MS/Google skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Good communication skills via telephone, email, or messaging platforms.
• Strong administrative and documentation skills are required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (Word, Excel, Gmail, Drive).
• Ability to create notes and reports.
• Friendly, communicative, and confident when interacting with providers.

Responsibilities

• Contact prospective providers (Hospitals, Clinics, Pharmacies, Laboratories) as requested.
• Communicate procedures and initial document requirements to providers.
• Assist in coordinating initial administrative processes of agreements (PKS) with providers.
• Support the Provider Relations team in recording, follow-up, and updating provider status.
• Prepare and maintain progress reports related to provider partnerships.

Job description
