Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Banking, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of banking experience in commercial credit analysis, underwriting, or credit risk.
• Strong financial modeling and analysis skills with Excel.

Aufgaben

• Assess developer creditworthiness by reviewing financial statements, bank statements, credit reports, existing debt, and business performance.
• Evaluate project budgets, construction progress and cost-to-complete, funding requirements, sales and borrower quality, collateral, and repayment sources.
• Build cash flow and repayment projections and conduct sensitivity analyses for delays and overruns.
• Verify supporting documents, investigate inconsistencies, and coordinate due diligence with internal teams.
• Prepare credit reports with recommendations on financing amount, structure, disbursement conditions, and safeguards.
• Monitor approved financing, repayment performance, project progress, and early warning signs.
