Support fundraising from banks, debt funds, impact investors, and other capital providers by preparing investor materials, data rooms, portfolio reporting, and financial models.
Monitor funding facility covenants, borrowing base, and reporting obligations, and prepare periodic lender and investor reports.
Analyze cost of funds, interest rate and FX exposure, and asset‑liability matching (tenor and repayment profiles) to support pricing and portfolio growth decisions.
Manage banking relationships and account setup, and strengthen treasury controls, payment approval workflows, and reporting processes.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; progress toward CFA or a similar qualification is a plus.
Minimum 3 years of experience in treasury, corporate finance, investments, or funding roles at a bank, multifinance company, fintech lender, investment firm, or corporate.
Strong financial modeling and Excel skills, including cash flow forecasting and loan portfolio analysis.
Understanding of debt instruments, lending facilities, covenants, and interest rate and FX risk; familiarity with Indonesian banking and payment systems.
Experience preparing investor or lender materials and engaging with external capital providers is preferred.
Rigorous, detail-oriented, and high integrity, with strong written and verbal communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
Liquidity is always sufficient to fund approved disbursements on time, without excess idle cash.
Cash flow forecasts are accurate, and lender and investor reporting is timely with no covenant breaches.
New funding lines are secured or expanded to support loan book growth at a competitive cost of funds.
Treasury processes are well controlled, reconciled, and audit-ready.
