Job summary

Zurich Topas Life is seeking a Head of Propositions to drive the performance of a major proposition portfolio with varying complexity. You will lead governance, set strategy, and implement plans aligned with BU and corporate governance.

You will oversee the product development pipeline, review submissions, provide feedback to local teams on governance, assess approvals, ensure effective proposition management, and monitor profitability through key KPIs and BUR requirements.

Responsibilities

• Executes proposition oversight frameworks and ensures compliance with relevant Business Unit policies and guidelines.
• Reviews the product development pipeline in line with Business Unit framework.
• Provides feedback to local businesses on adequate proposition governance.
• Assists in assessing whether propositions require Business Unit approval.
• Ensures effective proposition development and management.
• Reviews and challenges proposition developments in respect of risks, guarantees, suitability and other key areas in the Business Unit and proposition framework.
• Monitors product profitability through the Profitability Review.
