The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and at least 5 years’ experience in estimation, design, and costing for BMS and security systems with strong analytical and coordination skills and fluent English

Aufgaben

• Lead the Building Management System (BMS) and Security System pre-sales engineering team for Indonesia.
• Collaborate with sales to manage tenders, addenda, and clarifications; ensure on-time delivery of high-quality proposals.
• Coordinate with the Global Center of Excellence (GCoE) India team for cost-effective BAS proposals and pre-bid activities.
• Review scope of work, BOQ, risk logs, and costing sheets; propose cost optimizations and alternative solutions.
• Support sales in customer meetings, presentations, and technical discussions.

Also support sales for customer engagement, technical presentations and meetings.#### How You Will Do ItWork closely with sales team in managing new tenders, tender addendums and tender queries & clarifications, tender deadlines and schedules from customers. Plan, implement and manage activities with Global Center of Excellent (GCo. E) India team for the on-time delivery and cost-effective BAS and Security sale proposals. Review on scope of work, point schedule, BOQ, risk log and costing sheet delivered by GCo. E India team and Sale team if required. Amend cost sheeting if further cost optimization can be done through local products/value engineering. Go through the solution and costing during local pre-bid meetings with the sales/project/procurement team. Propose alternative solutions if required during pre-bid meetings. Support procurement in discussion with subcon on BOQ and subcon work to help get best quotes from subcon. Follow up on tender addendum/corrigendum/clarifications with GCo. E India to revise the deliverables to sales team. Work with GCo. E India to support sales team on tender presentation if required. Provide scope of work details to the project team when the job is secured by the sales team. Support sales teams in customer meetings, technical discussions, and presentations.
