Job summary

Rukita is seeking a proactive Property Manager to oversee daily operations across assigned properties in Semarang. You will lead on-ground teams, ensure service standards, and maintain facilities with a hospitality-driven approach to resident experience.

Ideal candidates bring 3–5+ years in property or facilities management, experience supervising housekeeping, and strong leadership and problem-solving skills to deliver consistent, safe, and high‑quality operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Hospitality, Property Management, Facilities Management, Operations, or related field.
• 3–5+ years of experience in property operations, hospitality operations, facilities management, or building management.
• Experience supervising housekeeping or on-ground operational teams.
• Strong understanding of building operations, service standards, and facility upkeep.
• Hands‑on, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced operational environment.
• Strong problem‑solving, team leadership, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Willingness to work mobile and manage shift-based or operational schedules when needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily property operations to ensure cleanliness, functionality, safety, and readiness standards.
• Supervise housekeeping staff and on-site teams, manage scheduling and attendance, and ensure service quality.
• Monitor inventory of supplies and assets, report damages, and support security processes.
• Track performance metrics, generate routine reports, and collaborate with maintenance, customer experience, and tenant relations teams.
