Job summary

PT Global Mega Servis is seeking a Marketing & Customer Relations Officer in Bali to support property marketing, customer communication, and website management. You will publish listings, write compelling descriptions, and monitor inquiries across social platforms.

You will work with the Property and Legal teams to keep listings accurate, coordinate campaigns, and apply basic SEO. Strong writing and English communication are preferred; experience with CMS and Canva is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing, social media, customer service, content creation, or a similar position.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Good English communication skills, both written and spoken, are preferred.
• Familiar with Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and other social media platforms.
• Basic knowledge of website content management.
• Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing.
• Good writing and content creation skills.
• Able to use Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
• Basic graphic design skills using Canva or similar tools would be an advantage.
• Organized, responsive, proactive, and detail-oriented.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and coordinate with different departments.
• Able to work independently while also working effectively as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Support property marketing and promotion across online platforms.
• Manage customer inquiries via WhatsApp, social media, and email with timely, accurate information.
• Write content for the company website and social channels.
• Update website content and Google Business Profile; coordinate with departments for accuracy.
• Conduct basic keyword research and apply basic SEO practices to content.
• Coordinate with Property, Legal, and other departments to ensure information is current.
