Job summary

Propell Integrated Pte Ltd is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator to assist the engineering and building manager with daily operations, reporting and contractor coordination.

You will analyse daily reports, ensure timely maintenance by contractors, and prepare incident reports, meeting minutes and maintenance schedules, with strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum NITEC/Diploma in Building/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or Facilities Management with 2 years of relevant experience.
• Able to start work immediately or on short notice.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist engineering and building manager in daily operations.
• Assist to analyse daily reports and health/alarm reports (Decam, Fire alarm, others).
• Ensure timely maintenance by Contractors and timely service reports submission/colletion.
• Liaison with Contractors, Users, Tenants and attend to feedback.
• Prepare incident reports and minutes of meetings.
• Prepare master maintenance schedule and manage deployment of resources.
• Handle project upgrades and fittings, scheduling and supervision to completion.
• Attend emergency situations in building.

Job description

• Assist engineering and building manager in daily operational requirement.
• Assist on all reports as requested.
• Assist to analyse daily reports, equipment health check reports, alarm reports including Decam, Fire alarm and other services.
• Ensure timely, appropriate and adequate maintenance by Contractors.
• Ensure timely services reports submission/ collation, scrutinize findings, follow up action, timely/proper execution.
• Liaison with all Contractors
• Execute any follow up actions.
• Prepare incident reports.
• Prepare master maintenance schedule and manage deployment or resources as scheduled.
• Responsible for deployment of resources according to maintenance scheduling.
• Responsible to handle all projects upgrading and fitting out matters, scheduling and supervision to completion, taking over and defects closure.
• Liaison with Users, Tenants and Contractors.
• Create and maintain good rapport with tenants/occupiers and attend to their feedbacks and enquiries.
• Prepare minutes of meetings and attend to emergency situations in Building.
• Any other duties assigned from time to time.
• Minimum NITEC/Diploma qualified preferably in Building/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering/Facilities Management with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• Able to start work immediately or within short notice is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
