Job summary

The Ciputra Group invites a marketing communications graduate to join its dynamic team in Indonesia. You will plan, develop and deliver promotional campaigns, evaluate marketing activity, and manage publicity materials to maximize promotion.

You will craft integrated campaigns and prepare monthly reports on campaign effectiveness, contributing to the group’s diverse portfolios across real estate, education, and media.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Visual Communication Design, Graphic Design, or Marketing Communication with min GPA 3.20.
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Corel, Illustrator and video editing.
• Proficient in English (written and spoken).
• Able to work closely with others in a positive and collaborative environment.
• Strong conceptual thinking and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop and deliver promotional campaigns.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of all marketing activity.
• Plan, publish and project manage the publication of all publicity material to maximize promotion.
• Craft integrated marketing and communication campaigns of the brand.
• Prepare monthly reports to evaluate the effectiveness of the sales campaign.
