Job summary

Space Apurva invites a Project Supervisor to lead on-site supervision of architectural and interior fit-out projects. The role requires 2–3 years of relevant experience, ability to read AutoCAD/shop drawings, and strong leadership, with willingness to travel to project locations as needed.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience as Site Supervisor or Project Supervisor
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings (AutoCAD/Shop Drawing)
• Understanding of construction details, interior materials, and building sequences
• Proficient in MS Project or Excel for schedule monitoring
• Strong leadership and ability to direct field teams and negotiate with vendors
• Willing to travel for official project locations as needed
• High ownership, honesty, attention to detail and results orientation
• Good communication skills in Indonesian; English is a plus

As Project Supervisor at Space Apurva, you will be responsible for ensuring every architectural vision and interior design is realized perfectly in the field. You will oversee daily operations at project sites, coordinate field teams, and ensure projects run according to schedule, budget, and the high quality standards that define Space Apurva.

Key responsibilities

Oversee and manage all daily activities at project sites to ensure alignment with technical drawings

Conduct thorough inspections to ensure subcontractor and vendor work quality meets expected standards

Monitor work progress to maintain adherence to established timelines and provide quick solutions to field obstacles

Coordinate workers, sub-contractors, and vendors and bridge communication with other departments

Prepare accurate weekly and daily progress reports to the Project Director

Ensure occupational health and safety standards and site cleanliness are maintained

Serve as communication bridge with clients including site visit support, site meetings, communicating field issues, and conducting final handover checklists

About you

Minimum 2–3 years experience as Site Supervisor or Project Supervisor, preferably with high-end interior or commercial fit-out projects

Able to read and understand technical drawings (AutoCAD/Shop Drawing)

Understanding of construction details, interior materials, and building work sequences

Proficient in Microsoft Project or Excel for schedule monitoring

Strong leadership ability and firmness in directing field teams and negotiating with vendors

Willing to be placed or travel on official business to project locations outside the city as needed

High ownership, honesty, attention to detail, and results-oriented mindset

Good communication skills in Indonesian (English is an added value)
