Job summary

Save the Children Indonesia is seeking an organized administrator to support project activities, procurement, and financial operations in collaboration with project teams and stakeholders.

The role emphasizes adherence to work plans, timely payments, and maintaining documentation while coordinating with government officials and communities. Minimum 2 years of logistics experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative/project implementation with strong experience in logistic work.
• Familiarity/experience in international development, previous work in health projects is a plus.
• Proven knowledge and skills in project planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation is desirable
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Excellent writing and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure activities are implemented according to the work plan, on time, and within project budget and guidance.
• Lead and oversee all preparation of project events and gatherings, including schedule and logistics.
• Participate in development of project plans including programmatic and procurement activities.
• Prepare payments, advances, and settlement of open advances.
• Maintain project expense sheets and financial documents and monitor cash flow.
• Assist in developing and monitoring offline project trackers.
• Prepare and follow up on procurement requests and goods delivery.
• Coordinate meetings with stakeholders.
• Maintain updated trackers for project financial activities.
• Maintain coherent documentation system for all project documents.
• Participate in data collection and entry when requested by line manager.
• Ensure SCI policies and procedures are adhered to.
