Job summary

PT Simbadda Group Indonesia is seeking an experienced Operations and Vendor Management professional in Jakarta to oversee sourcing, vendor partnerships, and multi-location project delivery. The role emphasizes SOP development, cost control, and maintaining compliance across all operational initiatives.

You will manage internal and external stakeholders, drive process improvements, and lead software implementations to ensure efficient adoption and consistent service quality.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business/ops field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years in Operations, Project or Vendor Management.
  • Proven experience managing vendors, service partners, and projects.
  • Experience with multi-location projects and outlet openings preferred.
  • Strong SOP, SLA, budgeting, timelines, and cost control understanding.
  • Experience implementing software/systems and user adoption.
  • Strong PM, negotiation, analytical and communication skills.
  • Cross-functional collaboration across teams and stakeholders.
  • English proficiency preferred (written and verbal).

Responsibilities

  • Manage sourcing, evaluation, and relationship with vendors and strategic partners.
  • Oversee vendor partnerships to ensure quality, cost efficiency, SLA, and standards.
  • Ensure operational projects stay within scope, budget, quality and timeline.
  • Oversee new outlet openings, POSM installations, and other projects.
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate SOPs to improve efficiency and standardization.
  • Lead implementation of operational software and platforms and drive adoption.
  • Monitor vendor performance and provide improvement recommendations.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders for smooth project execution and day-to-day ops.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, cost optimization, and service quality.
  • Maintain project documents, SOPs, vendor contracts, and reports for audit/compliance.
  • Prepare performance reports and provide strategic insights to management.

  • Strong understanding of SOP development, SLA management, budgeting, project timelines, and cost control.
  • Experience implementing software, systems, or operational platforms and managing user adoption.
  • Strong project management, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace; experience with project management or ERP/operational systems is an advantage.
  • English proficiency is preferred, both written and verbal.
