Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 3 years of progressively responsible experience supporting project coordination and implementation.
• Experience coordinating activities and events with diverse stakeholders and tracking work plans and deliverables.
• Experience in project documentation, reports, and administrative records.
• Experience with HR, labor-related programming or private sector engagement is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist with updating and tracking annual and detailed activity work plans, implementation schedules, activity trackers, and calendars.
• Coordinate across Jakarta and Makassar offices and implementation areas in Central Sulawesi, Southeast Sulawesi, and North Maluku.
• Assist the Project Director and technical leads in implementing project activities, including stakeholder consultations, workshops, trainings, dialogues, field visits, and learning events.
• Coordinate participant outreach, invitations, agendas, materials, travel, venues, interpretation, and other logistics with project staff.
• Prepare activity documentation and ensure records are complete and filed per project procedures.
• Support consultants and partners with scheduling, information sharing, and deliverable tracking.
• Coordinate with finance and administration staff on activity budgets, procurement requests, travel documentation, and expense reconciliation.
• Maintain stakeholder contact lists, engagement records, and partnership documentation.
• Help maintain organized electronic and hard-copy project files in accordance with Winrock and USDOL requirements.
