INFUSE is seeking a Middle Project Manager to lead the development and rollout of internal systems and business processes. You’ll work directly with stakeholders at all levels to deliver projects from requirements through implementation.

You are analytical, people-savvy, and able to manage AI-related initiatives. The role involves cross-functional collaboration, risk management, and delivering measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience.
• Hands-on experience in business process analysis, optimization, or product workflow development.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management across business and technical audiences.
• Data-driven decision making.
• Experience with AI in products or processes.
• Strong organizational and delivery skills; adaptable to changing requirements.
• English proficiency level B2 or higher.

Responsibilities

• Own the full internal project lifecycle—from requirements gathering through delivery and process implementation.
• Conduct user interviews and stakeholder discovery to identify needs and translate them into requirements.
• Bridge business and technical teams to ensure clarity and alignment.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies with mitigation strategies.
• Lead implementation of new products, tools, or processes into existing workflows.
• Lead change management with flexibility to evolving requirements and priorities.
• Monitor project performance and KPIs, ensuring delivery aligns with outcomes.
• Collect and analyze data to support decision-making and proposed solutions.
• Prepare and deliver progress reports to stakeholders and senior management.
• Proactively identify process improvement opportunities and efficiency gaps.
