Job summary

PT. Lintas Teknologi Indonesia seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead IT/enterprise projects from initial PO to timely payment.

You will coordinate internal and external teams, prepare scope of work, schedule and cost estimates, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with high customer satisfaction. The role requires a Bachelor in Telco/CS/EE, 8+ years in project management, and a PMP or related IT/datacenter certificate is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Telco/CS/EE.
• 8+ years in project management for IT/Software/Security in the enterprise sector.
• Strong leadership, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills; customer oriented.
• Willing to work under high tension; target oriented.
• Team leadership across internal and external parties; contract knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Manage project from PO to payment receipt on time, on budget and on scope.
• Support Sales with project services proposals; create SOW, schedule & cost estimates.
• Ensure successful delivery and customer acceptance with high satisfaction.
• Maintain good customer relationships and lead the project team.
• Coordinate internal and external (partner) project teams.

Job description

Managing project from PO received until payment received on-time, on-budget & on-scope.

Supporting Sales team with Project Services Proposal, creating project scope of work,schedule & cost calculation.

Make sure the project successfully delivered & accepted by customer with high level customer satisfaction.

Maintain good relationship with customer.

Lead the project team internal & external (related partner).

Requirements:

• At least Bachelor Degree in Telco/Computer Science/Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 8 years of working experiencein Project Management areas with all or either the following project background : IT/Software Application/Security project in Enteprise sector
• Logical, analytical, have problem solving abilities and strong leadership
• Excellent in presentation, communication skills and customer oriented
• Good attitude/personality and appearance
• Willing to work hard, in high tension & has target oriented
• Good teamwork & able to lead the teamfrom multiple parties (internal, external)
• Good reporting to internal & external (regular customer report & meeting)
• Understand the contract & standard project administration process
• Holding PMP or Information Technology related or data center certificate is a plus
