Job summary

Shopee is seeking an experienced Technical Infrastructure Program Manager to lead end-to-end initiatives spanning data centers, core server infra, and advanced cloud systems for Shopee, Monee, and Bank entities.

You will bridge business operations with reliability, DevOps, and legal teams to align technical designs with business goals, manage budgets, and drive governance across programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; proven tech program management experience.
• Experience in technical program and project management within data center or hyperscale environments.
• Strong background in data center networking, lifecycle management, DevOps, DR, and capacity planning.
• Proven ability to translate complex infra concepts for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience navigating fast-paced, agile environments with shifting delivery timelines.

Job Description:

• Conduct the entire technical infrastructure project lifecycle from initiation to deployment, encomLead end-to-end technical infrastructure projects from technical design and repassing physical data centers, core server infrastructure, and advanced cloud systems to optimize server resource efficiency and scale technical platforms for Shopee, Monee, and Bank entities.
• Take primary ownership of cross-functional stakeholder alignment, bridging business operations, system reliability, developer, infrastructure, commercial, and legal teams to collectively achieve business goals.
• Support and drive the landing of major strategic technical programs within specific data center environments, including initiatives such as Storage and Compute Decoupling architecture refinement.
• Drive regional data center and network infrastructure expansions, server resource delivery, integration, and migrations, with close consideration of major commercial events such as the 11.11 sales campaign.
• Lead end-to-end technical infrastructure projects from technical design and readiness assessments through hardware procurement, deployment, and final handover.
• Manage annual and ad hoc hardware budgets alongside feasible delivery planning schedules in a disciplined and systematic manner.
• Oversee server lifecycle management and asset optimization initiatives to maximize server resource utilization across the infrastructure estate.
• Establish clear project milestones with high visibility across all stakeholders, tracking delivery timelines, managing risks, and driving governance to keep programs on course.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience, with proven experience in technical program and project management within Supplier, Manufacturer, Internet, Telecommunications, or Hyperscale data center environments.
• Strong background in data center networking, infrastructure lifecycle management, DevOps, disaster recovery, and capacity planning.
• Familiarity with infrastructure solutions, cross-border hardware logistics, server onboarding automation, and know why order processing across legal, tax, and finance domains
• Exceptional ability to translate complex infrastructure concepts into clear and concise summaries for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven track record of navigating fast-paced, high-pressure, agile environments with competing deployment timelines and frequently shifting delivery schedules.
• Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to optimize day-to-day work efficiency is an advantage.
