• Fluency in English; Mandarin a plus.
• PM certification (PMP, PgMP or PRINCE2) is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Job description

Lead large-scale data center projects from initiation to final acceptance, overseeing project delivery, financial performance, quality, and stakeholder coordination across Indonesia.

Key responsibilities

Manage data center projects from initiation through final acceptance and project closure

Develop and lead project execution strategies in line with contractual commitments and customer requirements

Manage project budgets, revenue, costs, margins, and cash flow

Establish project governance and ensure compliance with Huawei's project management processes

Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and operations

Monitor project schedules, key milestones, critical risks, and escalations

Build strong relationships with customers, consultants, contractors, and other key stakeholders

Identify project risks, develop mitigation plans, and resolve issues throughout the project lifecycle

Lead contract negotiations, change requests, claims, and variation orders

Ensure compliance with quality, health, safety and environment (HSE), regulatory, and customer requirements

About you

Bachelor's degree in electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or Telecommunication Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field

At least 10 years of experience in project delivery, engineering, construction, or infrastructure projects

3–5 years of experience leading large-scale data center projects

Good command of spoken and written English; fluency in Mandarin is an advantage

PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, or an equivalent project management certification is an advantage

Strong knowledge of data center infrastructure, including electrical systems, HVAC, UPS, generators, fire suppression systems, BMS, DCIM, and ICT infrastructure

Experience managing EPC/EPCM contractors, consultants, and multiple vendors

Strong commercial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, contract management, and cost control

Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex project risks
