Job summary

TITANICOM TECH LIMITED is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Project Manager to lead data center new builds, expansions, and renovations on-site in Jakarta. You will supervise civil works, MEP installations, and testing, coordinating with vendors and the general contractor to ensure on-time delivery and quality handover.

The role requires end-to-end project delivery, with meetings to monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation measures across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Oversee civil works progress and MEP installation progress for data center projects.
• Regularly meet with vendors and general contractor teams to monitor progress and risks.
• Experience with data center construction and building projects; cloud data center preferred.
• End-to-end local infrastructure project delivery management with quality control.
• PM experience; PMP or equivalent certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee civil works progress, MEP installation progress, and MEP testing progress of data center vendors.
• Monitor logistics progress from the general contractor and coordinate on-site delivery and cable tray/rack installation.
• Manage construction inside data hall modules and ensure on-time handover to meet quality requirements.
• Lead risk mitigation, issue resolution, and project lifecycle coordination with vendors and GC teams.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and project scope for new builds, expansions, and decommissioning.

Job description

1.Act as the local infrastructure project manager, responsible for the construction portion of data center new builds, expansions, and for basic renovation or decommissioning projects, including on-site management.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: supervising civil works progress, MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) installation progress, and MEP testing progress of data center vendors; monitoring logistics progress from the general contractor; coordinating on-site delivery, installation of cable trays/racks/aisle containment, and managing construction inside data hall modules; ensuring quality control and acceptance handover to meet delivery timelines and quality requirements.
2.Based on the local jurisdiction, responsible for all new build, expansion, renovation, and decommissioning infrastructure project construction management in the region. Standard working hours are 5×8, with work conducted at various sites for effective construction management, schedule, and quality control. 3.Depending on project needs, overseas travel may be required, following corporate travel policies.
4.End-to-end responsibility for local infrastructure project delivery, including regular meetings with vendors and general contractor teams to monitor progress, identify risks, implement mitigation measures, resolve issues during the project lifecycle, and ensure project delivery according to original timelines.
5.Data center construction or building construction; cloud data center experience preferred
