Role Description

The Project Manager at rankpillar is a full-time, hybrid role based in Jakarta, Indonesia, with flexibility for partial work from home. This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing digital marketing projects from initiation through completion, ensuring that deliverables meet quality, budget, and timeline requirements. Day-to-day tasks include managing project schedules, coordinating with internal teams and external partners, tracking progress, and addressing risks or issues that may impact campaign performance.

The Project Manager will organize logistics related to KOL and affiliate activities, monitor project documentation and reporting, and support inspection of deliverables to ensure compliance with client expectations and agency standards. This role requires regular communication with stakeholders, continuous process improvement, and proactive expediting of tasks to keep projects on track.

Qualifications

• Strong Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, tracking milestones, and managing resources.
• Experience with Expeditor and Expediting functions to accelerate workflows and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Knowledge of Inspection processes to review and verify project deliverables for quality and accuracy.
• Logistics Management skills to coordinate activities among internal teams, KOLs, affiliates, and other partners.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience managing multiple projects in a digital marketing, agency, or similar environment.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills in English; proficiency
