Job summary

Olakses is seeking an experienced project manager to lead end-to-end marketing and creative projects. You will be the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, translating needs into clear briefs and maintaining tight timelines.

The role emphasizes ideation and execution across campaigns, with responsibilities spanning planning, coordination, and ensuring high-quality deliverables in a fast-paced, hybrid environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management from brief to final delivery

• Build clear timelines, workflows, and task breakdowns for each project
• Ensure all deliverables are on track, on scope, and meet quality standards
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong prioritization
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (design, copy, ads, etc.)
• Handle client feedback and ensure smooth revision cycles
• Proactively identify risks, bottlenecks, and provide solutions
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure overall satisfaction
• Continuously improve internal processes and project workflows

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2–5 years of experience in a marketing/creative/digital agency
• Proven experience in client-facing roles
• Strong ability in both ideation and execution (not just admin/project tracking)
• Highly structured, organized, and detail-oriented
• Able to create clear plans, timelines, and workflows
• Excellent communication skills — clear, assertive, and solution-oriented
• Comfortable handling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills
• Solid understanding of digital campaigns (social media, ads, content, etc.)
