Job summary

PT Bumi Mas Jaya Perkasa is seeking a Project Manager or Site Manager to lead project execution in Indonesia, ensuring activities follow established work plans and align with schedules.

You will monitor multiple projects, prepare routine reports, identify delays, coordinate solutions, and be willing to travel to project locations as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of project manager or site manager experience.
• Oil and Gas project experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee project execution per established work plans.
• Monitor progress across all company projects.
• Prepare routine project reports.
• Identify potential delays and coordinate with relevant parties to find solutions.
• Ensure project workflow and progress align with work plans.
• Willing to undertake official travel and/or be placed at all project locations.
