Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Project Manager for its Indonesian operations, based in Jakarta. The role will oversee all project implementations, budgets, and schedules for electrical switchboards, UPS systems, and E-house/PTU projects across the country.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering required.
• Minimum 8+ years of project management experience in electrical switchboards, UPS systems, and PTU/E-house projects.
• Hands-on experience in power distribution systems and UPS, preferably starting as a Service Engineer.
• Broad knowledge of electrical engineering systems across data centers, commercial buildings, mining, utilities, and industrial sectors.
• Familiarity with switchboard and panel builder manufacturing processes.
• Strong knowledge of IEC 61439 and IEC 62271 standards.
• Experience in switchboard and UPS testing, commissioning, and service activities; hands-on experience is a plus.
• Experience managing PTU and E-house projects with system configuration, mechanical/electrical/HVAC design understanding.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings; Proficient in AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• The primary function of the job is managing all the project implementation and services within the country.
• Implement all the awarded projects.
• Manage all the budget and schedule of the project and ensure all is within the scope and contract schedule.
• Manage all third parties involved in a project.
• Address issues and risks in project activities and collaborate with the solution team on scope disputes.
• Monitor all project works and ensure quality per company standards.
• Commit to and support Quality Management System (QMS) objectives and processes.
