Job summary

Team Liquid Indonesia seeks a Project Manager to oversee the execution of content, events, and campaigns across departments. You’ll coordinate timelines, manage resources, and ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and the goals of each initiative.

You’ll work closely with internal teams, talents, and external partners to drive projects from concept to completion in a fast-paced esports environment. Strong budgeting, vendor coordination, and cross-functional leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience managing events or project-based campaigns.
• Experience in esports, gaming, or creative agencies preferred.
• Strong budgeting, vendor management and timeline execution.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills; able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage events and projects from concept through completion (brand activations, community engagements, campaigns).
• Coordinate with Business Development Sales to align deliverables with client expectations and commercial goals.
• Prepare, control, and track event budgets for cost-efficiency and accuracy.
• Create and manage project timelines, tasks, and resource allocation.
• Source, coordinate, and negotiate with vendors, venues, production crews, and freelancers.
• Monitor and ensure quality execution of both digital and physical events.
• Collaborate with design, marketing, and talent teams to ensure timely asset delivery.
• Conduct post-event evaluations to measure success and identify improvements.
• Identify and mitigate risks; maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
• Track and report key metrics related to budget usage and timelines.

Job Purpose

The Project Manager plays a key role in planning, coordinating, and executing event-related projects to contribute to Team Liquid Indonesia’s business development initiatives. This role ensures that both online and offline events are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with brand goals. The ideal candidate brings strong expertise in project budgeting, vendor coordination, and cross-functional team management.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Plan and manage the execution of events and projects from concept through completion, including but not limited to brand activations (online & on-ground), community engagements, and campaigns.

• Work closely with the Business Development Sales team to align project deliverables with client expectations and commercial goals.

What You'll Need:
