StickEarn is seeking a Project Manager to independently lead end-to-end activation projects in Indonesia, overseeing planning, budgeting, logistics, and on-site execution. You will coordinate clients, vendors, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful activations with strong ownership of outcomes.

What You’ll Do

• Project Planning & Ownership: Independently lead end-to-end brand activation projects, developing comprehensive project plans covering timelines, budgets, operational checklists, manpower requirements, logistics, and contingency plans.
• Project Execution & On-Site Management: Take ownership of project readiness and on-site execution, ensuring manpower, vendors, materials, and operational arrangements are properly prepared and coordinated to deliver successful activations.
• Client & Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the main point of contact for clients, vendors, and relevant stakeholders. Manage expectations, communicate project requirements, coordinate responsibilities, and ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Project Monitoring & Problem-Solving: Monitor project progress, proactively identify risks, make timely decisions to address operational challenges, and ensure deliverables meet client expectations, timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Reporting & Continuous Improvement: Prepare post-activation reports and project evaluations, review execution outcomes, and identify opportunities to improve future activations.

What We’re Looking For

• Hands‑on experience managing on‑site activities, coordinating vendors and field personnel, and ensuring operational readiness.
• Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills, with the ability to anticipate challenges, respond quickly to unexpected situations, and maintain project quality.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience coordinating clients, vendors, and cross‑functional teams.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive, and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to work on‑site and accommodate project schedules as required, including weekends or public holidays when necessary.
