Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Event Management, Communications, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience managing events or project-based campaigns, preferably in esports, gaming, or creative agencies.
• Strong understanding of event budgeting, vendor management, and timeline execution.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Effective communication across multiple teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Experience handling both virtual and physical event execution.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage the execution of events and projects from concept to completion, including brand activations, community engagements, and campaigns.
• Align project deliverables with client expectations and commercial goals with the Business Development Sales team.
• Prepare, control, and track event budgets for cost-efficiency and accuracy.
• Create and manage project timelines, task assignments, and resource allocation.
• Source and negotiate with vendors, venues, production crews, and freelancers for event logistics.
• Monitor quality of both digital and physical events to meet brand standards.
• Coordinate with design, marketing, and talent teams to finalize assets and deliverables on time.
• Conduct post-event evaluations and reporting to measure success and identify improvements.
• Identify and mitigate risks across project timelines.
• Maintain clear communication with internal teams and external partners.

Job Purpose

The Project Manager plays a key role in planning, coordinating, and executing event-related projects to contribute to Team Liquid Indonesia’s business development initiatives. This role ensures that both online and offline events are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with brand goals. The ideal candidate brings strong expertise in project budgeting, vendor coordination, and cross-functional team management.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Plan and manage the execution of events and projects from concept through completion, including but not limited to brand activations (online & on-ground), community engagements, and campaigns.
