Job summary

Outsized, on behalf of its client, seeks a Project Management Analyst / PMO Coordinator to support the delivery of strategic initiatives within a leading financial services organization. The role will work closely with business and project stakeholders to coordinate project activities, track progress, facilitate governance processes, and support business analysis across multiple workstreams.

This is a 6-months contract based in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in project management or PMO
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience preparing executive updates and project reporting materials
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and workstreams
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day project governance and coordination activities
• Prepare project status updates, trackers, meeting minutes, and action logs
• Coordinate across business, technology, and external stakeholders
• Track project milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies
• Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and working sessions
• Support requirements gathering and documentation activities
• Assist in project planning and reporting for leadership stakeholders
• Monitor follow-up actions and ensure timely closure of outstanding items
• Support change management, communications, and stakeholder engagement activities

• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and workstreams simultaneously
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Preferred qualifications

• Banking or payments industry experience
• Experience supporting banking (especially cards)
• Exposure to strategy, consulting, transformation, or business change projects
• Experience working with regional or cross-functional teams
