Job summary

PT Siix Ems Indonesia is seeking a diligent engineer to review process flow diagrams, work instructions, and guidelines for new model introductions to ensure customer product requirements are met. You will run pre-production to verify process capability and finished product compliance.

Responsibilities include coordinating with process owners, analyzing assembly defects, and implementing corrective and preventive actions to sustain quality and efficiency in PCBA production.

Qualifications

• Diploma D3 in Electrical (weak current)/Industry/mechatronics/electronics.
• Experience in R&D procession or Electrical & Mechanical to PCBA Process preferred.
• Knowledge of PP Production Report & PP Production Record.
• Strong knowledge of PLC programming, electronics processes, troubleshooting equipment, and electrical processes.
• Mechanical design skills using SolidWorks or Inventor.

Responsibilities

• Review process flow diagrams, work instructions, and guidelines for new models to ensure customer requirements are met.
• Run pre-production to ensure process and finished product meet customer requirements.

Responsible for running pre-production and ensuring the process and finished product meet customer requirements.

Coordinate with respective process owners to avoid errors.

Analyze assembly defects and implement corrective and preventive actions.

Minimum D3 in Electrical (weak current)/Industry/mechatronics/electronics.

Experience in R and D procession Or Electrical & Mechanical to PCBA Procces is preferred.

Have good knowledge of PP Procuction Report & PP Production Record.

Have a good knowledge about PLC Programing, electronika proses,Troubleshooting Equipment,Electrical Process,FMEA Proces.

Have a good knowledge about Mechanical Design,Solid Work, Inventor.
