Job summary

OttoDigital mencari Engineering MEP untuk proyek data center di pusat Jakarta. Anda akan mengelola pelaksanaan MEP & kelistrikan on-site dengan koordinasi tim internal, vendor, dan subkontraktor agar milestone tercapai sesuai jadwal utama proyek.

Tugas mencakup peninjauan gambar MEP, spesifikasi, serta permintaan persetujuan material; fasih bahasa Inggris dianjurkan. Kualifikasi meliputi AutoCAD & kemampuan komunikasi teknis yang baik.

Qualifications

• Gelar Diploma atau Sarjana di bidang Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, atau terkait.
• Pemahaman kuat tentang sistem MEP bangunan dengan fokus pada sistem kelistrikan data center.
• Menguasai AutoCAD, pengalaman BIM software menjadi keunggulan.
• Pengetahuan mengenai regulasi/standar instalasi lokal maupun internasional.
• Fasih berbahasa Inggris, lisan maupun tulisan.
• Kemampuan komunikasi lintas fungsi yang baik dan kerja tim.
• Kemampuan bekerja dalam tekanan tenggat proyek.

Responsibilities

• Mengelola pelaksanaan pekerjaan MEP dan kelistrikan di lokasi, berkoordinasi dengan tim proyek, vendor, dan subkontraktor untuk memenuhi milestone sesuai jadwal.
• Meninjau gambar MEP, shop drawings, spesifikasi teknis, metode kerja, dan permintaan persetujuan material sebelum instalasi.
• Memastikan instalasi MEP memenuhi standar nasional maupun internasional data center.
• Menegakkan prosedur K3/HSE pada semua aktivitas di lokasi.
• Memantau kemajuan harian/mingguan, mengevaluasi kinerja kontraktor, dan melaporkan kemajuan kepada Manajer Proyek & Perencanaan.
• Mengawasi pengujian, pra-komisioning, serta uji integrasi & commissioning sistem MEP.
• Mengidentifikasi, memecahkan, dan menyelesaikan tantangan teknis di lapangan secara efisien.

Job description

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

• Manage the execution of MEP and electrical works on site, coordinating closely with internal project teams, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure milestone delivery aligned with the project master schedule.
• Review MEP engineering drawings, shop drawings, technical specifications, method statements, and material approval requests prior to site installation.
• Ensure that all MEP installations and workmanship meet both national and international data center engineering standards.
• Enforce strict implementation of Health, Safety, and Environment (K3/HSE) procedures across all site operational activities.
• Monitor daily and weekly site progress, evaluate contractor performance, and provide periodic progress reports to the Project & Planning Manager.
• Supervise and witness the full cycle of MEP system testing, pre-commissioning, and integrated testing & commissioning
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve on-site engineering challenges and technical discrepancies efficiently.

KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of building MEP systems with focused expertise in Data Center electrical systems
• Proficient in AutoCAD, experience with bim software is a strong advantage.
• Knowledge of basic project management principles and familiarity with local and international installation regulations/standards.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal communication.
• High motivation, strong strategic mindset, and a deep interest in technical aspects.
• Excellent cross-functional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and deliver results under tight project deadlines.
