OttoDigital Group di Jakarta Selatan mencari Manajer Proyek Data Center untuk memimpin pelaksanaan end-to-end dari desain hingga handover, termasuk testing & commissioning. Tanggung jawab mencakup pengelolaan baseline, anggaran, risiko, serta koordinasi intensif dengan tim teknik, konsultan, kontraktor, dan vendor.

Kandidat diharapkan memiliki minimal 5 tahun pengalaman di proyek data center dengan rekam jejak pada fasilitas berskala menengah–besar serta pemahaman mendalam terhadap sistem

Qualifikationen

• Gelar sarjana di bidang teknik terkait atau manajemen konstruksi.
• Pengalaman minimal 5 tahun di manajemen proyek, teknik, konstruksi, atau operasi pusat data.
• Pengalaman minimal 3 tahun sebagai Project Manager.
• Pengalaman memimpin proyek data center skala menengah–besar (10 MW ke atas sangat diutamakan).
• Pengalaman siklus hidup proyek dari desain hingga handover.

Aufgaben

• Pimpin pelaksanaan proyek data center dari desain hingga testing & commissioning serta handover.
• Atur baseline, strategi eksekusi, tujuan, ruang lingkup, milestone, dan alokasi sumber daya.
• Pantau perencanaan proyek dan kinerja aktual terhadap baseline.
• Identifikasi jalur kritis, deviasi, bottleneck, dan rencana pemulihan.
• Awasi anggaran, pengadaan, arus kas, dan pengeluaran.
• Kelola risiko komersial, VO, klaim, dan biaya terkait.
• Koordinasi dekat dengan tim teknik, konsultan, kontraktor, dan vendor.

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

• Lead end-to-end data center project delivery from design, procurement, and construction through to testing & commissioning (T&C) and final handover.
• Establish project baselines, execution strategies, objectives, scope, milestones, and resource allocation to meet overall targets.
• Manage comprehensive project planning and track actual performance against the established baseline.
• Identify critical path activities, project deviations, and potential bottlenecks; implement corrective action, schedule recovery, or acceleration plans when required
• Monitor approved project budgets, procurement commitments, cash flows, and expenditures.
• Manage commercial risks, variation orders (VOs), claims, and overall cost impacts to maintain strict cost control.
• Coordinate closely with engineering teams, design consultants, contractors, and specialized vendors.
• Ensure all engineering deliverables, technical drawings, specifications, and construction activities comply with approved project requirements and data center industry standards.
• Supervise onsite construction execution and align multidisciplinary functions (Electrical, Mechanical/HVAC, Fire Protection, Civil/Structural, and Architectural).
• Proactively resolve cross-functional issues and ensure high-quality execution aligned with technical specifications and safety standards.
• Establish risk registers and execute mitigation strategies for technical, commercial, and operational risks.
• Oversee health, safety, and environment (HSE) standards, ensuring complete compliance with statutory regulations, building codes, and company policies.
• Provide transparent project reporting, milestone forecasts, executive presentations, and timely escalation of critical risks/issues.
• Supervise final testing & commissioning, QA/QC documentation sign-offs, punch-list close-outs, and operational handover.

KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Control Engineering, Construction Management, or a related engineering discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in project management, engineering, construction, or data center operations.
• Minimum of 3 years of dedicated experience functioning in a Project Manager role.
• Proven track record leading medium- to large-scale data center projects (experience with facilities of 10 MW capacity or above is strongly preferred).
• Hands-on experience delivering projects across the full lifecycle: design, procurement, construction, testing & commissioning, and handover.
• Prior experience working within or adjacent to live/operational data center environments is an advantage.
• Solid technical understanding of data center critical systems: Electrical (substations, UPS, generators), Mechanical/HVAC (chillers, CRAC/CRAH), Fire Protection, and Civil/Structural works.
• Strong foundation in contract administration, change management, variation reviews, and procurement practices.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project or Primavera P6, as well as AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong project leadership capabilities with demonstrated ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and third-party contractors.
• Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and verbal/written communication skills.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and conflict resolution abilities under tight deadlines.
