SeaOwl Indonesia is seeking a Project Engineer (Mechanical, Packages & Piping) to coordinate and deliver mechanical, package and piping engineering activities within project teams. You will lead the preparation and review of requisitions, conduct technical bid evaluations, and ensure QA/QC compliance across vendors and fabrication groups.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, at least five years in oil & gas or EPC projects, fluent English, and strong vendor management

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in oil & gas, petrochemical, or EPC projects.
• Fluent in English.
• Experience in vendor management and technical bid evaluations.
• Familiar with inspection and testing requirements.
• Experience working in project environments (FEED, EPC, EPCIC).
• Good coordination and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the preparation and review of Material Requisitions / Technical Requirements for purchase requisitions.
• Technical Bid Evaluations (TBE).
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (process, piping, instrument, automation, electrical, procurement, QA/QC) and vendors.
• Follow company procedures as defined in the QA/QC Manual.
• Support fabrication, inspection, and testing activities (FAT, SAT, inspections).
• Provide technical support during construction, installation, and commissioning phases.
• Prepare and coordinate work procedures for manufacturing, handling, assembling, or lifting of equipment per client requirements.
• Review and resolve technical queries (TQs), NCRs, and deviations at any stage of the project.
• Ensure proper documentation and data management throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare notice at change (NOC) to fabricator via Engineering Manager.
• Execute any work related to skills and experience for the Project.

As a Project Engineer (Mechanical, Packages & Piping), you will contribute to the coordination and delivery of mechanical, package and piping engineering activities within project teams.

Your main responsibilities will be:
