Job summary

Cladtek in Batam is seeking a Technical Project Coordinator to support the PM on assigned projects, coordinate with Production to meet delivery schedules and KPI targets, and prepare project documentation such as BOM, JIS, and PL. The role involves progress tracking, cross-functional coordination with Technical, QC, and Document Control, and ensuring adherence to company procedures and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum: Bachelor Degree / Diploma 3 from engineering background.
• Fluent in Indonesian and English, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of Quality and Safety, Integrated Management System, and standard procedures.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Presentations) and Adobe Editor.

Responsibilities

• Directly assist PM on assigned projects and support project needs.
• Coordinate with Production to ensure delivery schedule and KPI targets.
• Prepare BOM, JIS, PL, and related project documentation.
• Progress reports and monitor plan vs actual.
• Coordinate with Technical, QC and Document Control to prepare/approve docs.
