Job summary

PT Murni Development Indonesia (MDev) membutuhkan Manajer Proyek berpengalaman untuk memimpin pelaksanaan proyek IT secara end‑to‑end. Anda akan menyusun strategi, merencanakan eksekusi, dan mengoordinasikan tim lintas fungsi agar deliverables tepat waktu, sesuai ruang lingkup, dan memenuhi tujuan bisnis.

Posisi ini on‑site di West Jakarta dengan kontrak kerja. Kandidat ideal memiliki minimal 10 tahun pengalaman, kemampuan kepemimpinan kuat, serta sertifikasi manajemen proyek (PM) menjadi nilai

Qualifications

• Gelar sarjana atau lebih.
• Minimal 10 tahun pengalaman manajemen proyek.
• Pengalaman memimpin proyek berskala besar atau strategis.
• Kepemimpinan, manajemen pemangku kepentingan, dan kemampuan pengambilan keputusan.
• Sertifikasi manajemen proyek (PMP, Prince2, atau setara) merupakan nilai tambah.
• Keterampilan komunikasi dan pemecahan masalah yang sangat baik.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
